Magnetic stirrer drive redclair
With redclair, all pressure parts with connection M30 x 2 mm can be screwed onto the standard flanges. The radial shaft seal has been pressed into the locking nut and thus prevents the medium from penetrating into the inner area of the magnetic stirrer drive. The flange seal itself has a dual function. On the one hand, it acts as a seal between the glass bulb and the metal flange, and on the other hand, it centres the glass cylinder. Many combination possibilities are open to you with the flange sizes NW 15, NW 25, NW 40 and NW 50 with four different torques of 20 Ncm, 40 Ncm, 60 Ncm or 90 Ncm.

- The magnetic stirrer drive redclair is suitable for DN15 and DN25 for vacuum or the pressure range up to 10 bar. DN 40 and DN50, on the other hand, are used for pressureless operation.
- Versions in Hastelloy C276, B3 or titanium size 2 on request.
- Rust-resistant deep groove ball bearings on the output shaft. Hastelloy or titanium versions with plain bearing PTFE/carbon.
- Maximum speed 1'500U/min. with ball bearings.
- Micro motor integrated in the red aluminium casing connected to the magnetic coupling.
- Output shaft ø 8 mm

Redclair flanged versions up to 10 bar
For the first time, members of the RED family are available with a flange connection for glass reactors. All magnetic couplings in this series are directly connected to a 24V/DC or 48V/DC micromotor and integrated into the distinctive red casing. A compact design for applications with glass reactors in the laboratory.
